- 2 LB GROUND CHUCK
- 1/2 CUP LA ROMANELLA BREAD CRUMBS
- 1/2 CUP LA ROMANELLA PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/4 CUP ITALIAN SEASONING
- 2 TABLESPOONS DRY CHOPPED ONIONS
- 1 TABLESPOON MINCED GARLIC
- 1/2 TABLESPOON PEPPER
- 2 LARGE EGGS, SCRAMBLED
- 1/2 CUP FAVOURITE BBQ SAUCE + SOME TO POUR OVER TOP

Preparation
Step 1
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL THOROUGHLY. THEN FOAM INTO A LOAF AND PLACE INTO A BAKING DISH.
POUR BBQ SAUCE OVER TOP AND SET ASIDE.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F. ONCE OVEN IS HOT PLACE MEAT LOAF INTO OVEN AND BAKE 45- 55 MINUTES TILL NO LONGER PINK IN THE MIDDLE OR 165 F WITH THERMOMETER
