- 1/4 c. cojita cheese
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Step 1
Cut pineapple lengthwise into 8 wedges and cut core from each wedge; remove skin, if desired.
Dividing evenly, sprinkle pineapple with crumbled Cotija or feta cheese and cayenne pepper.
