Ingredients
- 1 can 16oz. stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh onion
- 1-2 lg clove garlic minced
- 1 tspn dried oregano
- 1 tbspn dried basil or 1/3 cup fresh

- tbspn italian seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- shake of red pepper flake

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion then garlic until translucent. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer 10+ mins. Thin with immersion blender leaving some chunks. Salt to taste.
