Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 package (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over milk. Let stand 1 minute.
stir over ow heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.

Add chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla. With a wire whip or rotary beater, beat mixture until chocolate is blended.

Pour into large bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.

Fold in whipped cream. Turn into prepared crust and chill until firm.

Garnish, if desired, with additional whipped cream and chopped nuts.
