Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound lump crab meat cooked
- 2 celery stalks thinly sliced
- 1 medium Haas avocado peeled, pitted, and cubed
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 2 bunches watercress washed, and stems removed
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, and paprika. Add crab meat, and celery. Mix well; add salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir in avocado cubes.
Divide watercress on four plates; top with salad.
