Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound lump crab meat cooked
  • 2 celery stalks thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Haas avocado peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 bunches watercress washed, and stems removed

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, and paprika. Add crab meat, and celery. Mix well; add salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir in avocado cubes.

Divide watercress on four plates; top with salad.
