Ingredients

    tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1/2

    teaspoon paprika

    pound lump crab meat cooked

  • 2

    celery stalks thinly sliced

  • 1

    medium Haas avocado peeled, pitted, and cubed

  • Salt to taste

  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

    bunches watercress washed, and stems removed

Directions

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, and paprika. Add crab meat, and celery. Mix well; add salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir in avocado cubes.
