- 2 1/4 lb. red potatoes (about 14 small)
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 cup onion
- 5 tbsp. chopped dill pickles
- 1 tsp. salt free sasoning blend
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup fat free mayo
- 1/3 cup fat free honey Dijon salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 chopped hard cooked egg whites
- 3/4 cup

Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool.
Cube the potatoes and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle with vinegar. Add onion, pickles, seasoning blend and pepper.
In a smal bowl, combine the mayo, salad dressing, mustard and egg wites. Pour over potato mixture, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at 1 hr.
