Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 3 large carrots
- 2 cloves garlic
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Mushrooms (of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 c red wine

Preparation
Step 1
1. Pulse in a food processor. Add olive oil to a pan and pour out the veggie mixture. Add some thyme and some oregano and s&p to taste.
2. Add the chopped mushrooms and the tomato paste. Let this cook out for a bit then add the red wine.
3. Serve with pasta.
