Ingredients
- 2 c riesling wine
- 1 shallot
- 1 c honey
- 1 1/2 of coarse grainy mustard

Step 1
1. On a high heat begin to reduce the one - add the shallot.
2. When the glaze has been reduced by about 1/2 then add the honey and the mustard.
3. Pour over any meat - or serve as a side condiment.
