Peanut Butter Fudge (microwave)

Ingredients

• 3/4 c. margarine
• 3 c. sugar
• 5 oz. can evaporated milk
• 1-12 oz. bag peanut butter chips
• 1-7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine margarine, sugar and evaporated milk. Microwave on high for 9 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Remove from microwave, add peanut butter chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir until well-blended. Pour into well-greased 9x13-inch pan. Refrigerate to cool and cut into squares.
