Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 1/2 to 2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Step 1
Melt butter and add brown sugar. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Add milk and cook stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add powdered sugar and beat. This covers a 9" layer cake.
