  • 2 Lbs Gold Potatoes
  • 1 C Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 C Shredded Cheese
  • 6 Tbs Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven to broil. Prepare small casserole dish.
Peel and slice potatoes into 1/4" slices, add broth and salt to IP. High Pressure cook in IP for 1 minute. Release steam and sit for 5 minutes. Transfer potatoes to dish.

Saute cheese, cream, garlic powder and pepper until smooth and creamy. Pour over potatoes, top with cheese and broil until brown.
