Ingredients
- 2 CUPS SEEDLESS GRAPES
- 2 CUPS CANTALOUPE
- 2 CUPS HONEYDEW MELON
- 2 CUPS FRESH PINEPPLE CHUNKS
- 2 CUPS WATERMELON
- 2 CUPS RED APPLES
- JUICE OF 1 LEMON
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1 OUNCE FRESH MINT, CHOPPED
- 1 OUNCE FRESH BASIL, CHOPPED (OPTIONAL)
- WHIPPED CREAM

Preparation
Step 1
PEEL THE APPLES, CUT INTO BITE SIZED PIECES AND PLACE INTO A BOWL OF WATER WITH THE JUICE OF THE LEMON TO KEEP FROM BROWNING AND SET ASIDE.
REMOVE THE GRAPES FROM THE STEMS AND SET ASIDE. CUT ALL THE REMAINING FRUIT INTO BITE SIZED PIECES AND PLACE INTO A LARGE BOWL. DRAIN THE APPLES, COMBINE ALL OF THE CUT FRUIT, ADD THE SUGAR, MINT VANILLA, (BASIL) AND GENTALY TOSS. REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR. SERVE IN A BOWL AND TOP WITH A DOLLOP OF WHIPPED CREAM.
