Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries, undrained
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. chopped pecans, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Add dry ingredients until mixed well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes before turning out.
