  • 3/4 cup whole rolled oats
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup carob chips, unsweetened

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375.

2. In a large bowl, combine oats and flour.

3. In another bowl, combine peanut butter and milk. Add peanut butter mixture to dry mixture and blend well. Fold in carob chips.

4. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Using cookie cutters, cut into desired shapes. Repeat rolling and cutting until all dough is used.

5. Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Cool on a rack. Store biscuits in a sealed container.
