Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound ground chuck
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/4 ketchup, or chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup, or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tbsp barbecue sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine beef-sage. Pat into a freeform loaf shape in a casserole dish.

2. Combine ketchup-bbq sauce, spread over the loaf, letting it drip down the sides.

3. Bake at 350 for 75 mins.

This was great! A nice, simple, DIFFERENT kind of meatloaf. Would double the sauce ingredients next time.
