- MIX FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER:
- 3 CUPS SUGAR
- 1 CUP OIL OR (1/2 APPLESAUCE, 1/2 CUP OIL)
- 1 CUP EGGBEATERS
- 2 CUPS PUMPKIN
- 2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
- 2/3 CUP WATER
- PREMIX THE FOLLOWING AND ADD TO WET MIXTURE
- 3-1/2 CUPS FLOUR
- 2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
