- 2 – 4 cups chopped spinach
- 3 ribs chopped celery
- 3 carrots, shredded
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, mined
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- Salt to taste
