Chocolate salad dressing cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoons cornstarch
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 1 cup mayo or salad dressing
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients.
Pour into 28 inch round pans or a 9 x 13" greased pan.
Bake at 350° until it pulls away from sides.
Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
