Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 fillets beef
- salt and black pepper
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- ¼ c cognac
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ½ c cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat butter and season each side of the beef with s & p and the rosemary; sauté to desired liking.
2. Remove steaks add the cognac to the pan and deglaze.
3.Add the mustard, paprika and sour cream cook for a few minutes – then add the cream. Simmer until thick. Serve with beef and potatoes.
