Custard Pie

Ingredients

• 4 slightly beaten eggs
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 heaping tbs. flour
• 2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9 inch pie plate. Beat ingredients in order given, just until mixed well. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees until center is firm and pie is golden brown. (Pie will rise during baking but will fall while cooling to approximately one inch).
