Ingredients
- DRY:
- 2 c brown rice flour
- 2/3 c tapioca flour
- 1/3 c arrowroot OR 1/2 c cornstarch
- 1/2 c GF oatmeal
- 2 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- WET:
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp yeast

Step 1
For Bread Machine:
Use the basic white setting and select light or desired crust setting. Add ingredients to pan according to manufacturer's instructions. Generally, that means all wet ingredients on the bottom using luke warm water, then add the dry ingredients and place the sugar and yeast on top.
Manual Directions:
Mix warm water, sugar and yeast in a bowl and allow time to activate (about 5 minutes). Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Mix wet ingredients and add the yeast mixture. Incorporate the dry ingredients. Batter will be runny like a thick pancake batter.
Grease a bread loaf pan and pour in batter. Place a 250 degree oven for 15 minutes to allow it to rise, then increase the temperature to 350 degrees and bake another 30 minutes.
