Ingredients

    cup butter

  • 1/4

    cup heavy whipping cream, at room temperature

  • 2

    egg yolks, beaten

  • 1

    tbs tarragon vinegar, or white wine vinegar

  • 1

    tbs finely chopped onion

  • 1/2

    tsp dry mustard

  • 1/2

    tsp dried tarragon

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

Directions

Place butter in a 2-cup measure. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Microwave on medium power for 3 minutes, whisking every minute, or until thickened.
