Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 6 thin slices Swiss Cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup dry white wine

Step 1
Place one chicken breast on a piece of waxed paper. Place one slice of prosciutto on the chicken and cover with one slice of cheese. Roll up the stuffed chicken breast and secure with a wooden pick or cooking string. Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts. Season each roll with salt and pepper. Arrange the rolls in the Crock Pot. In a small bowl, whisk together the soup, milk and wine. Pour the sauce over the chicken breast rolls. Cover., cook on Low 4 to 6 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours
