Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
- 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl gently mix lamb, cheese, mint, salt and pepper. Form mixture into 8 patties.
Prepare a medium grill. Cook patties 4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
