Ingredients
- 1/8 cup pine nuts
- 3 tsp. basil leaves, dried
- 1 Tbsp. parsley leaves, dried
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic

Step 1
In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy. Add more oil if necessary.
Any unused pesta may be frozen.
