COOK POTATOES IN BOILING WATER FOR 12 - 15 MINUTES, DRAIN
STIR IN SOUR CREAM, MONTEREY JACK CHEESE, CHEDDAR CHEESE AND SALT AND RED PEPPER
STIR IN CHOPPED TOMATOES
BAKE UNCOVERED 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.
