Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup canned mushrooms, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour. Remove from heat and gradually stir in beef broth. Return to heat.
Cook, stirring until thickened. Blend in worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, and sour cream.
Serve hot.
