Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 4 or 5 green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice

Step 1

Defrost spinach; drain well and squeeze until dry. (This is important or there will be too much green color from spinah juice). Put all ingredients into blender and blend until spinach appears very fine. Store in refrigerator overnight. Serve with fresh vegetables, chips or crackers.
