  • 1 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 instant chocolate pudding mix 5.9 oz
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Butter and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

Mix cake mix, sour cream, pudding mix, canola oil, coffee, and eggs together in a bowl; fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until cake springs back when lightly touched, 65 to 75 minutes.
Cool in pan on a wire rack.
Slice cake and microwave each piece for 10 seconds to serve.
