COMBINE CREPE MIX INGREDIENTS AND SET ASIDE OVER NIGHT. NOT LESS THAN 4 HOURS
TO COOK: SEASON A SMALL SKILLET WITH MELTED BUTTER. POUR 1/4 CUP OF CREPE MIX INTO MED HIGH HEATED SKILLET/PAN. LIFT PAN AND ROLL MIXTURE
AROUND UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. PLACE ON PLATTER SEPARATED WITH WAX PAPER UNTIL READY TO FILL. KEEP WARM
FILL CREPES WITH WARM FILLING AND ROLL INTO JELLY ROLL STYLE.
PLACE ON SERVING PLATE. TOP WITH POWDERED SUGAR (DUST WELL), WHIP CREAM, ICE CREAM OR YOUR CHOICE OF TOPPING.
