Ingredients
- 6 chicken Breasts, pounded thin
- 6 Ham Slices
- 6 Swiss Cheese Slices
- *roll together, secure w/toothpick, roll in flour,
- and then whipped Egg
- 3/4 C. Crumbs
- 1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
- 1 t. Parsley
- 1/2 t. Garlic Salt
- 1 T. Season Salt & Lemon Pepper
- *Roll in this mixture, then brown in fry pan
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 C. Sour Cream
- *Place chicken in 9x13 pan, pour this mixture
- over the top
