  • LARGE 1 1/2 lb LOAF:
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup dried apricots, cut in quarters
  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice
  • Ingredients should be at room temperature. Add all ingredients in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Use White or Basic setting. Crust color as desired.
