- 1 gallon zuchinni cut into small cubes
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- water
- 9 cups sugar

Step 1
Put zuchinni, vinegar in a large pot. Cover with water and let sit overnight.
Drain, add 9 cups sugar. Stir and boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest.
Next day, boil again for 20 minutes. Do the same for the next 2 days.
