Luau Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 10 potatoes
• 10 eggs, hard-boiled
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1 reg size can black pitted olives, drained and reserve liquid
• 1 packet imitation crab, shredded
• Ground Pepper
• Sea Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and dice potatoes. Place in pot of boiling water and cook until done.

Peel and mash eggs.

Combine eggs, potatoes, mayonnaise, olives and half of liquid from olives, imitation crab, pepper and salt
