Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak (cut in strips)
- 1 or 2 cans of beef broth
- paprika
- sprinkle of garlic
- 1 cup green peppers (cut in strips)
- 1 cup onion
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 T corn starch
- 1 tomato
- 2 servings of instant rice

Preparation
Step 1
Put paprika on steak and brown in butter on skillet. Add 1 to 2 cans of beef broth, green pepper, onions, sprinkle of garlic. Simmer for five minutes.
Seperately blend 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, and 2 T of corn starch. Add to steak mixture and watch sauce thicken up.
Make four servings of instant rice.
Cut up a fresh tomoato.
Put rice in the casserole dish add steak mixture and tomato then serve.
