Ingredients

  • 1 lb round steak (cut in strips)
  • 1 or 2 cans of beef broth
  • paprika
  • sprinkle of garlic
  • 1 cup green peppers (cut in strips)
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 T corn starch
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 servings of instant rice

Preparation

Step 1

Put paprika on steak and brown in butter on skillet. Add 1 to 2 cans of beef broth, green pepper, onions, sprinkle of garlic. Simmer for five minutes.

Seperately blend 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, and 2 T of corn starch. Add to steak mixture and watch sauce thicken up.

Make four servings of instant rice.
Cut up a fresh tomoato.

Put rice in the casserole dish add steak mixture and tomato then serve.
