Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Combine turkey-s&p. Press half into an 8" loaf pan. Top with cheese, then rest of turkey.
3. Combine ketchup and mustard, spread over meatloaf.
4. Bake 1 hour, until top is golden and sides have pulled away a bit from the pan. Let stand 10 mins.
