  • Hosni sauce
  • Onions
  • Bell peppers
  • Green peas
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Asian style hot sauce
  • Edema
  • Spaghetti
  • Juice of ½ lime

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large pan add oil and heat to high temp. Add your veggies with the garlic and ginger. Cook this for about 2 mins or so then add the Edema beans. Once the edema has cooked (about 3 mins) add in your cooked spaghetti (save some of the spaghetti water to thin out the soup if needed)
2. Add ¼ c of the hoisin sauce and ½ tsp lime juice, s&p to taste. Depending on the consistency of the coup bowl add some water to thin it out.
