Ingredients
- 1 Red Grapefruit (peeled, sectioned & chopped)
- 1 Large Orange (peeled, sectioned & chopped)
- 1 C green, red, yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1 Tomato (chopped & seeded)
- 1 to 3 Jalapenos (minced & seeded)
- 3 TBLS Red Onion (chopped)
- 1 to 3 TBLS Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Let stand a couple of hours before serving. Drain off any juice and serve over grilled fish or chicken.
