Ingredients

  • 16-8 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 2 1/2 cans tomato paste
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • 1 head of garlic, chopped
  • 4 tsp basil
  • 4 tsp oregano
  • 4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 8 bay leaves
  • 3-28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 can of parmesan/romano cheese
  • saved fat from batch of meatballs

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions, garlic, and spices in the fat you saved from your meatballs.
Then add all tomato products.
Simmer for 30 min then add cheese, simmer for 30 more min.
