Ingredients

• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. In a 2-quart baking dish microwave uncovered on high for 25 minutes. Drain. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.

Or, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours
