  • 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed and squeezed dry in paper towels

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 ounces baked ham, chopped

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch round pie pan and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine potatoes, butter, and Essence and toss to combine.
