Ingredients
- 2 Bags of Success White Rice
- 4 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 cups of Picante Sauce
- 3 tbs. packed light brown sugar
- 1 tbs. Dijon-style mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the rice according to package directions.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken into 2 quart, shallow baking dish. Stir picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard in small bowl. Pour picante sauce mixture over chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
