  • 1 ″ of grated ginger (frozen)
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 Small Handful of Cilantro
  • 1 Small Handful of Parsley
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Apple (Optional)

If the ginger isn’t frozen peel it, otherwise grate it right in
Peel the lemon
Blend it!
