Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten (or egg beaters)
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 T. onion flakes
- 1 stick oleo, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Mix altogether and pour into greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees fof 45 to 50 minutes.
NOTE: I have used no-fat sour cream. Does change finished dish, but is still good.
