  • 2 TEASPOONS CINNAMON
  • 2 LOAVES FROZEN BREAD, THAWED
  • 1 CUP NUTS, CHOPPED

Step 1

SPRINKLE 1/3 CUP NUTS IN BOTTOM OF ANGEL FOOD CAKE PAN. ROLL BREAD IN WALNUT SIZE PIECES AND ROLL IN STREUSEL. PLACE IN ANGEL FOOD CAKE IN 2 ROWS. USE 1 LOAF IN BOTTOM LAYER. SPRINKLE WITH NUTS AND STREUSEL BETWEEN LAYERS AND REPEAT 2ND LAYER USING 2ND LOAF OF BREAD.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25 MINUTES UNCOVERED AND 25 MINUTES COVERED.

PUT FOIL IN BOTTOM OF OVEN TO CATCH DRIPS.
