- 2 1/2 lb small red potato
- 1/2 cup real bacon bits
- 1/4 cup minced chives
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
Quarter and place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool. Place potatoes, bacon bits, and chives in a serving bow.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Spoon over salad; toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
Note: may add dijon mustard for flavor.
