IN SMALL BOWL, BLEND OLIVE OIL, HONEY DIJON MUSTARD AND GINGER.
BRUSH SALMON EVENLY WITH GINGER MIXTURE AND PLACE IN A MEDIUM SIZE BAKING DISH.
BAKE 15-20 MINUTES UNTIL FISH FLAKES AND IS FULLY COOKED (DO NOT OVERCOOK)
BAKE 350 DEGREES.
