Ingredients

  • 1- 9 inch pie shell
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 shot galliano liquor
  • Small bag chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Line bottom of pie crust with chocolate chips. Stir cheese and sugar together, put eggs in one at a time, beat until smooth and creamy. Add rest of ingredients. Place in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
