Ingredients
- 1- 9 inch pie shell
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 shot galliano liquor
- Small bag chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Line bottom of pie crust with chocolate chips. Stir cheese and sugar together, put eggs in one at a time, beat until smooth and creamy. Add rest of ingredients. Place in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
